Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with KaloToys. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: New and slightly used products (this includes products that have been opened or lightly used).
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving the product.
  • Return Method: All returns must be processed in-store. Please bring your product along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at Support@KaloToys.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the product (if defective)
  • Reason for return
  1. Once authorized, bring the product to our store for return processing.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the item, with no restocking fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for any products. If you would like a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Note:

Only manufacturing, packaging, or delivery defects are eligible for returns. Damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or wear and tear are not covered.
